Nokia Corporation has initiated a share buyback program to offset the dilutive impact of shares issued to Infinera Corporation shareholders and certain share-based incentives. On December 19, 2024, Nokia repurchased 872,093 of its own shares, with a total transaction cost of EUR 3,688,169, as part of a larger strategy to repurchase up to 150 million shares by the end of 2025 for a maximum cost of EUR 900 million.
