Nexters (GDEV) has released an update.
Nexters has announced its 2024 annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled for August 23, where shareholders will be voting on the election of directors, among other agenda items. Shareholders registered by July 10 are eligible to attend virtually or by proxy, with materials and proxy forms available on the company’s website. The meeting will focus on re-electing several independent directors to the company’s board.
