MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. has successfully concluded its latest fundraising, securing S$16.78 million through its Series 006 Digital Security Tokens under a S$100 million unsecured commercial paper program. The tokens will be listed on the ADDX Exchange, with a notable subscription from a related party, the COO and spouse of the firm’s Executive Chairman and CEO, accounting for 6.91% of the issuance.
