Molten Ventures Plc has executed a share repurchase, buying back 25,776 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 365.00p to 367.00p, with a volume weighted average price of 365.0453p. Following the transaction, the company’s total issued share capital now comprises 189,046,450 Ordinary Shares, which includes the treasury shares and corresponds to the total voting rights. This move is part of a previously announced share repurchase program aimed at optimizing shareholder value.
