Måsøval AS was awarded NOK 2.3 million in compensation by the Frostating Court of Appeal for a misdiagnosis at one of its production sites, though it must cover its own legal costs. CEO Helge Kvalvik expressed disappointment with the court’s decision and plans to consult further before commenting. This verdict follows a legal dispute over losses incurred due to the misdiagnosis dating back to 2019.
