Måsøval AS, a veteran Atlantic salmon producer in Norway, has announced a strategic internal reorganization involving a demerger and triangular merger designed to concentrate its commercial fish farming licenses into Måsøval Lisens AS and its operational assets and employees into Måsøval Drift AS, effectively refining Måsøval as a pure holding company.
