ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has actively engaged in its share buyback program, repurchasing 335,422 ordinary shares at prices ranging between 80.35 and 81.35 pence, resulting in a volume-weighted average price of 80.83 pence per share. These shares will be held in treasury, and following the transaction, ITV plc’s total number of voting rights stands at 3,947,778,318. Since the program’s initiation in March 2024, ITV has acquired over 113 million shares, reflecting a substantive investment back into the company.
