ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has reported the repurchase of 50,266 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging between 81.60 to 81.80 pence per share, intending to cancel them. This latest transaction is part of a share buyback program initiated on March 7, 2024, with ITV having bought back over 134 million shares at an average price of 76.39 pence since the program’s start. Post-purchase, the total number of ITV shares in circulation, excluding treasury shares, stands at 3,926,642,962, providing a reference for shareholders’ voting rights.
