GlobalData (GB:DATA) has released an update.
GlobalData Plc has announced the completion of a share buyback on September 24, 2024, purchasing 100,000 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 208.5 GBp each. Following the buyback, these shares will be cancelled, leaving the total number of voting rights in the company at 840,313,833. This move is part of a share buyback program that was previously revealed on September 23, 2024.
