Global Lithium Resources Ltd. has reported a change in Director Ronald Mitchell’s interest, with an acquisition of 81,223 ordinary shares following the conversion of vested performance rights. This change, detailed in an Appendix 3Y Change of Director’s Interest Notice, has increased Mitchell’s indirect shareholding to 582,519 ordinary shares, with additional performance rights and options still held under the RK Mitchell Family Trust.
