Dongguan Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. has announced the composition of its board, which includes executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors, with Mr. LU Guofeng serving as Chairman. The Board has established six committees, each with designated members and chairpersons to oversee various strategic and operational aspects of the bank. Notably, the bank is not authorized to conduct banking or deposit-taking business in Hong Kong.
