Computacenter (GB:CCC) has released an update.
Computacenter PLC has actively bought back 154,358 of its own shares at a volume weighted average price of 2510.1039 pence on 26th September 2024. The company, executing its Share Buy-back Programme announced earlier on 26th July, will hold these repurchased shares in treasury. With this latest transaction, Computacenter now holds over 10 million shares in treasury, reducing the ordinary shares in issue to approximately 109.8 million.
