Compass Group Executes Final Phase of Share Buyback

Compass (GB:CPG) has released an update.

Compass Group PLC has repurchased 59,295 of its own shares as part of a $250 million share buyback plan, executed through J.P. Morgan Securities. These shares, purchased at an average price of £27.0222 per share, will be held in treasury to fulfill obligations related to employee share schemes. This move is part of the second and final phase of their $500 million buyback initiative.
