Charter Hall Long WALE REIT has announced a distribution of 6.50 cents per stapled security payable on August 14, 2024, to stakeholders on record as of June 28, 2024. Managed by Charter Hall Group, the REIT focuses on Australasian real estate with long-term leases to corporate and government tenants. The distribution is part of a Fund Payment under the Attribution Managed Investment Trust regime, details of which will be included in the upcoming AMIT Member Annual Statement.
