This recent transaction leaves the company with 337,856,065 ordinary shares in issue, and this number will represent the total voting rights for shareholders. Since starting the buyback with UBS on August 27, 2024, Bunzl has acquired a total of 492,217 shares at an average price of £35.8125 each.
