Boart Longyear (AU:BLY) has released an update.
Boart Longyear Group Ltd. has successfully completed its acquisition by an entity controlled by American Industrial Partners, resulting in the transfer of all issued and outstanding common shares to the buyer. Shareholders of the mining and drilling services leader will soon receive payment for their shares as the company prepares to be delisted from the ASX by the end of trading on April 11, 2024.
