Black Cat Syndicate Limited recently disclosed that Tony Polglase ceased his role as a director on July 25, 2024. As per the final director’s interest notice, Polglase held no registered securities but had an interest in 170,001 ordinary shares and 22,222 options through the Polglase Family Trust. No director’s interests in contracts were reported.
