Audience Analytics Limited has announced that, contrary to prior plans for dormancy and striking off, Enterprise Asia Co., Ltd. will not be dissolved but instead will see its shares transferred to Bunterng Ongvilawan, a long-standing executive committee member. This decision, completed in May 2024, also included the resignation of Datuk William Ng as director, effectively resolving any potential conflicts of interest with the parent company’s operations and adhering to Catalist’s listing rules.
