Associated British Foods plc has announced the buyback of 21,853 of its ordinary shares on September 27, 2024, at an average price of GBp 2318.0531 each, with the highest and lowest prices being GBp 2320.0000 and GBp 2310.0000 respectively. The repurchased shares, which were acquired through an on-exchange transaction with Barclays Capital Securities Limited, are set to be cancelled as part of the company’s share repurchase program.
