Paramount’s (PARA) special committee is taking Sony (SONY) and Apollo Global’s (APO) bid for the company “seriously” and Skydance’s exclusivity period with Paramount that ends tonight will not be extended, sources tell CNBC’s David Faber, he stated in an on-air report.
