Loop Capital raised the firm’s price target on Ball Corp. to $83 from $72 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The company reported a “solid” Q1 earnings beat, and while its consolidated EBITDA of $459M in Q1 declined from $513M a year ago due to the recent completion of its Aerospace divestiture, it was essentially in line with consensus of $460M, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Loop is also raising its FY24 EPS view on the stock to $3.11 from $3.02.
