Ferrari NV (IT:RACE) has released an update.
Ferrari N.V. has been actively executing its share buyback program, with a total of 3,061,242 common shares acquired since July 2022 for €815 million. The latest report shows a purchase of 11,525 shares for €4.55 million as part of the ongoing €2 billion program set to complete by 2026. These recent acquisitions have increased the company’s treasury holdings to 5.40% of its total issued share capital.
