CleanSpark, Inc. has announced the appointments of Scott Garrison as Chief Operating Officer and Taylor Monnig as Chief Technology Officer, effective May 7, 2024. Garrison brings a wealth of experience, including overseeing the company’s data center launches, while Monnig has been instrumental in developing the miner performance. Both executives will receive an annual salary of $335,000, with the potential for a 100% discretionary cash bonus and 100,000 restricted stock units. Their employment agreements include severance benefits and allow for termination under specified conditions. These strategic leadership appointments aim to strengthen CleanSpark’s operational and technological capabilities in the dynamic financial market.
