Severfield Plc has executed a share buy-back program, purchasing 100,000 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 68 pence each from the London Stock Exchange, with the intention to cancel these shares. Following the transaction, the total number of voting rights in the company stands at 309,277,386. This action follows the authorization provided by shareholders at the 2023 Annual General Meeting.
